Brent Smith Trailers carry a Two Year Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. M&M Log Splitters carry a One Year Warranty.
Brent Smith Trailers will repair the trailer, or the defective part of the trailer/log splitter can be returned with the freight paid to Brent Smith Trailers Ltd. Damage due to misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, general wear and tear or modifications are not covered by this warranty.
BRENT SMITH TRAILERS HAVE A WARRANTY FROM DATE OF PURCHASE, AGAINST MATERIAL DEFECTS AND WORKMANSHIP, FOR 2 YEARS IF THE TRAILER OR PART IS RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURER.
